House rules

  • When you make a reservation at NOYA MAE, you automatically agree to the house rules.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Children under the age of 12 are welcome upon consultation. This is due to valuable products and equipment within children's reach. Additionally, we do not have childcare facilities and we cannot focus professionally on you as a client if children are present in the practice.

  • Children under the age of 16 are only treated under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • We do not want mobile phones in sight, so that the client is not distracted and we can focus on our work. Please turn off your phone or put it on silent mode.

  • Please ensure you arrive at the appointment at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This ensures smooth scheduling and allows everyone to make use of the time reserved for them.

  • If you have a fever, flu, or a cold, we are obliged to cancel the appointment, and the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.

  • If you arrive late for the scheduled appointment, the lost time will be deducted from the reserved treatment duration.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be forfeited, and we will charge the full cost of the entire treatment.

  • If the scheduled appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or if you do not show up, we will charge the full cost of the scheduled treatment regardless of the reason. This is out of mutual respect, as we can no longer fill the reserved slot. We often have to disappoint clients due to a full schedule. It is a real shame if we could have actually given that spot to someone else.

  • Appointments can only be cancelled by telephone or directly via the confirmation email you received for the scheduled appointment. During a treatment, the phone may not be answered; in that case, you can leave a message on the voicemail.

  • Gift vouchers have a validity period of 1 year. You must, of course, bring the voucher with you on the day of the treatment. However, if you forget it, the standard rate will be charged. Lost gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanging or returning items or products is possible within 8 days with the purchase receipt, provided the product is unopened and/or unused.

  • Discounted items or products may not be returned.

  • Free consultations are only free if you keep the appointment. If these consultations are not rescheduled in time or in the event of a no-show, a reservation fee of €25 will be charged.

  • NOYA MAE reserves the right to refuse clients whose personal hygiene is unsatisfactory. For hair removal of intimate areas, I ask that you come to the salon feeling refreshed.

  • NOYA MAE is not responsible for missing or damaged items.

  • To keep treatment costs as low as possible, you can only pay by cash; card payments are not possible. Please take this into account.
